I am an accredited practicing psychotherapist since 2001 with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also hold a diploma in couple counselling since 2006 and am an accredited supervisor since 2009. I combine a private practice on Rathgar Road and in the city center.

I work from an integrative person centred approach supporting clients in a safe, non-judgemental space to reflect deeply, gain insight and make choices that are life changing and life affirming.
As a couple counsellor, I have worked both with couples and individuals with a wide range of issues such as breakdown in communication, conflict management, role expectations, infidelity, intimacy and sex addiction.
I also have extensive experience in working with clients who have been affected by a diagnosis of cancer or caring for someone with cancer. Circumstances where I can provide emotional and psychological support includes:
- shock of a cancer diagnosis
- impact of side effects of treatment
- adjusting to living with cancer
- moving on emotionally beyond cancer
